Preston is a young experienced lawyer focusing on litigation and Criminal Defense and is currently under the tutelage of Mr. Premlal Krishnan, i.e. the Managing Partner of the firm. Having raised in a household of a professional lawyer, he was always enthusiastic and intrigued about the legal field. While pursuing his degree as a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Legal Sciences from Nari Gursahani Law College (affiliated with the University of Mumbai), he soon discovered his interest in the field of litigation and criminal defense. Simultaneously, he joined the Chambers of Advocate Prakash B. Bhosale, a Senior Advocate at the Thane District Bar Association and erstwhile President of the Thane Bar, as an intern and continued for over a year and a half. Prashant is a Stenoghrapher turned Lawyer showcasing hardwork and determination. He started his journey in the legal industry when he was introduced to the profession of Legal Stenoghrapher in the year 2016. He had joined Hariani & Co. as a Steno on insistence of his brothers, who are also lawyers, as a part time indulgence after his graduation. Slowly and steadily his interest in the legal industry started increasing and he decided to pursue LLB from M.K.E.S. College of Law, Mumbai. Simultaneously he joined Pan India Legal Services LLP as a Stenoghrapher. He juggled between work and studies until 2021 and continued with Pan India Legal services LLP after completing his LLB in 2021, now under the new role of an Associate Lawyer. From the time he was working as a Steno, Prashant has attended meetings, Arbitration hearings and has prepared the requisite letters, notices, praecipes and all supporting documents attached with proceedings. Before joining Pan India Legal Service LLP, in 2018, Nadeem started his legal career at Juris Corp Advocates & Solicitors, where he gained extensive knowledge in commercial litigation. Subsequently, he worked at Thakordas & Madgavkar Advocates & Solicitors, under the guidance of Senior Solicitor, Mr. Bharat B. Merchant, which further enhanced his skills in drafting as well as making appearances in court. Nadeem has successfully handled high-stakes cases independently and has had the privilege of working alongside distinguished legal luminaries.
